At  the AWA Museum,  we have a TMC Morse Package Unit, MP-1A, mfd. by McElroy.

The MP-1A will punch tape, read tape and ink tape.

McKay made one like this, also.

If a US Morse tape perforator has a keyboard, then it's a "Kline", made
by Kleinschmidt Electric ( later, by Morkrum,  M-K & Teletype Corp.)

I suppose a more generic term is "Morse perforator.
