[GreenKeys] Western Union 103 Teleprinter

These came in both floor-model and table-model cabinets.  The floor model
is sometimes called a "post office" cabinet since it resembles a 
mail box (and there were similar cabinets for Teletype Model 15s)
This cabinet has space in the back for a paper handling mechanism
to cope with the moving platen problem.  I've never seen a table model
in operation, so I don't know how it handles the paper.  Picture attached.
