[GreenKeys] Autostart freq for 170 shift RTTY

When I first ran RTTY a little over 50 years ago, I used a diode switch
and variable capacitor to FSK my Viking Ranger transmitter.

I have listed all the ways I know of specifying the autostart frequencies
that Bill suggested at https://w6iwi.org/rtty/ . Please let me know if
there are any errors or other suggested changes.

By the way, I just added MUF graphing to https://w6iwi.org .
