[GreenKeys] Autostart freq for 170 shift RTTY

I apologize for coming up on 14087 LSB and muddying the waters. I’ll retune
to 14086 LSB for the future. I’ll still be 10Hz off the ham freqs, but most
machines should handle that OK.

The military 850 shift RATT nets have been on 7087 USB so will probably
continue there while 7086 LSB works for ham 170 shift.

Regardless, Bill and Harold deserve kudos for getting some RTTY QSOs going
that last more than 300 msec. Great Fun!

Cheers
