[GreenKeys] How did you acquire your Teletypes?

I was generically interested in the idea of Teletypes, talked to Bill
for about 20 minutes at Dayton one year, and now have half a basement
of Teletype and related RTTY gear.  (Not anything like Nick, but
that's mostly due to the limitation of having other boat anchors and
old computers taking up the rest of the space!)

He's also the one who turned me on to this list, which as been an
invaluable resource as well as a fantastic source of entertainment and
education over the years.

I got my original equipment from Bill (which was a solid start and a
complete setup to get me going), I've gotten some parts and equipment
from Nick, I've bought accessories and materials as they've cropped up
here on Greenkeys, and I've purchsed equipment at hamfests.  I don't
think I've ever bought Teletype gear on eBay -- shipping is murder.
