[GreenKeys] Auto start circuit

My model 33ASR has an autostart circuit, based on hw-handshake.
The motordriver has an delayed off-circuit, so men I put it off-line I have
to press a button in order to start the motor.
If no keys are depressed or not tape loaded the motor will switch off after
some 5 minutes or so.

If I put it On-line, there is a relay that is supposed to be activated by
the host that does the same thing.
