[GreenKeys] M28 red keys

Some model 28 keyboards have red SEND and RECEIVE keys
Others have KBD-UNLOCK and KBD-LOCK.

Were there particular uses or users who liked one way vs the other?

I realize we might be getting into the "why are there 10,000 variants?"
