[GreenKeys] Seeking Tape Winder

    Not sure what the tape winder is supposed to do but back in 
the dim dusty past MacElroy made tape pullers and also manual 
tape winders that looked like motion picture film winders. Maybe 
a 16mm film winder could be adapted for the purpose. Of course 
they are likely to be hard to find these days.
