[GreenKeys] Tell me about TTY Line Length

I think the difference is to allow one to finish a word if you were 
almost done.  Think if you're typing and watching a character counter 
instead of the page.  Like typing blind on a 19 while the printer is 
printing off the air as an example.  I'm pretty sure the adjustments 
manual will tell you to adjust for at least 72 before auto CR/LF.
