I've tried it and it seemed to work. Baudotrss expects to be talking to a "dumb" interface
that just passes bits through and handles 45 baud character framing. 
To make the usb board do that you want "notranslate" and "no8bit" and it's probably best 
to disable break condition handling too with "noshowbreak". 
Also if you're going to disconnect the usb board at any point you'll want to "save" after
making the changes,  since on powercycling or reset it would otherwise revert to whatever
was saved before.
