What does the "Output" voltage on the name plate say it's supposed
to be?

That transformer is old enough to have 100 or 115 VAC on the
primary. If your line voltage is 125, the the output is going to be
9-13% high. 120 V + 13% = 136 V.

Does the primary side of the transformer have taps to adjust the
output voltage?

If not, you can use a bucking transformer. Use a 12.6 vac filament
transformer to subtract 12.6 vac from the 125 vac line voltage.

That will drop it to 112.6 vac.
And drop the output voltage accordingly.
