[GreenKeys] Loop supplies

Good morning Steve,

I suppose I should remove the word draft since the boards are made and 
it should be the as-built version.

You'll see the right hand side of the schematic has nothing to do with 
the loop.  And the picture of an assembled units shows that side 
unpopulated.

As long as the windings existed, I thought I may as well lay out the 
circuitry for using them if desired.  Actually one could use this and 
not populate the loop side if they wanted a +5, +12, -12 supply to power 
some piece of antique equipment.

Obviously one needs to add a primary side fuse and install in some sort 
of enclosure.

The original intention was to be able to attach this to a blank LESU 
plate, but somewhere along the line that idea got lost.  Didn't realize 
it until the boards arrived.  AW shucks.
