[GreenKeys] Answerback formats

In the North American version of Answerback formats (Canada & USA) there was CR LF and both beginning and end of the message.  The format also included a mnemonic of the company name followed by a mnemonic for the city location of the Telex machine.  CGO for Chicago, ATL for Atlanta.  Smaller cities used a four letter mnemonic.  For example, Cherry Hill NJ was CHIL.
