[GreenKeys] Answerback formats

 I hope that members of the list can help me with some questions about TTY
answerbacks.

Did the answerback text that was transmitted by a TTY in response to WRU
include a CR/LF sequence at the end of the answerback ?

Also, what sensors in the TTY had to be in the "good to go" state in order
for the answerback to be transmitted?  I'm guessing the "paper present"
would be once sensor.  Were there typically other sensors as well?
