I volunteer at the Radio Technology Museum, here in New Jersey.

Years ago, I set up a Model 19 in our WWII communications display.  
Initially, we ran this via "Heavy Metal" and a cobbles up loop 
converter.  Then one of our guys built a Raspberry Pie device that grabs 
news from the Internet , and types it out when someone trips a motion 
sensor.

We're now looking to expand the display, and get another machine 
running.  I'm looking for some windows software that will output 5-bit 
Baudot to a serial port for testing purposes.  I tried to use Heavy 
Metal, but it seems unhappy on Win 7/10.  I think we were running XP in 
the old days.

Any suggestion greatly appreciated.
