[GreenKeys] mod 28 asr - thoughts on a fair price?

Hey folks, just spoke to a very nice guy today who has a large Teletype-related lot on craiglist Florida (see link below.)  It is from an estate sale and amongst the goodies includes what I believe is a model 28 ASR.

He's open to a reasonable offer @ fair market value.. wondering what is the consensus regarding what it's worth?
