I don't know how heavy these guy are but I have two suggestions:
Rent a refrigerator dolly.
See if you can get a stronger person to help you. Maybe one of
those laborers that hang out around Home Depot and similar
stores. Will cost you $100, that seems to be the going pay.
I used to be strong as a horse but that was a long time ago
and must now get help to move anything fairly heavy. If you lose
control on stairs it could kill you.
