[GreenKeys] Model 15 mailbox

Hi All,
As I have stated, I am getting my TTY's all set up and lubricated. I have taken the plastic covers off of them, getting loops set up, blasted myself with the loop power supply capacitor when it was turned off, and have soaked ribbons in WD-40 (the ONLY thing I use that crap for).
But over the course of five years of non-use, my model 15 will not perform the carriage return. The thing just sits there. All the letters work, the line feed works, there is no obvious binding, but the CR function doesn't work. When I hit the button, the machine makes the chunkity chunk sound like it should, just no action.
I am not too familiar with the 15 innards, and am afraid to go diving into it. Any ideas?
Are there any TTY gurus around in the Kansas City area?
Now I really miss Jack K0TTY. When he lived here in KC, all I had to do was go see him or he would come see me and we would get the machines in tip top shape. He was a great man in so many ways.
