[GreenKeys] How long can a local loop be?

For use in the U.S Military the Loop Supply was provided from the highest
station in the Loop/Net. This would be the next Command level E.G.
Battalion to Company or if a larger net the the Battalion C.P would provied
the "Loop Battery" for the loop to all the Companys in the Network.
Most of the "loops" were in series so you would know when a Station was off
line/out of service, as the line was open for all stations.

THEn we had to find out WHO was down/off line and what to do about it!!!
