6 Months ago it wouldn't start without help (it had been in storage for 
years),  I replaced the capacitor and all was good.  Now we've noticed 
if it hasn't run for a period of time (weeks?) it won't start.  Take the 
LP off, you can see it doesn't know which way to turn.  A second cap has 
been tried.  No luck.  Help it start and let it run for a while.  Now it 
starts OK.

Can a bad start relay exhibit such behavior?  Not much else left to try.

Ich habe dreimal abgeschnitten uns jetzt zu kurtz. (I cut it off 3 times 
and it's still too short.)
