[GreenKeys] this looks neat. Is it usable in anyway?

Andreas,
Thank you. I did not realize it used the standard pinout.
Another thing I didn't understand is that if in any mode other than LIN (i.e.,
LOC or LIN/LOC) there will be no output.
Output data looks good and when I connect pins 2 and 3 it prints locally so both
receive and transmit interfaces are good.
But why does the beeper sound whenever I press a key?
Also, I found that if I connect RTS to CTS the beeper sounds continuously when I
go into LIN mode then no matter what it stays on until I reset power.
So...
I'd like to have 45.45 baud capability. Apparently the schematic for the RgFd
board is not available so I probed a bit. Sure enough at the clock input(s) to
the UART are 16 times baud rate, so for example 800 Hz for 50 baud. I also note
that the baud rate switch is not just a selector of 4 different clocks but
rather drives logic to provide the UART clock. I think my approach will be to
interrupt the UART clocks and when desired switch in a source of 727.2 Hz. I
wouldn't mind a tiny high quality toggle on the faceplate of that card. The
easiest way I can think of at the moment to get that frequency is to program an
Arduino nano in a simple loop.
Thoughts?

Receiving should be possible in any mode if there is data input on the RxD pin.
