[GreenKeys] Different bearing question

Got the fan off.  Found that the motor was missing the washer that's supposed to be between spring and bearing.  This may explain why there was so much end play compared to the 1/20 HP motor on Dan's RO and that it didn't spin like normal when spun by hand.

I'm wondering how thick the washer should be,  I may be able to find something close in my collections misc. screws, nuts and washers, will it perform like it should if it's supposed to be relatively thick.
