[GreenKeys] Mod 28 Gearing

Hi Steve,
For some reason Teletype documentation doesn't tell us the number of
teeth on the 3 different keyboard/gear spindle. (that I've been able to
find.)
I got that information from a chart that is part of this article:

Bear in mind that the gears on the tying unit change for 7.00 and 7.50
vs. the more standard 7.42.
I got into researching this when I found I couldn't swap typing units
between keyboards. Turned out one pair was 7.42 and the other a 7.00.
