Here's how that works:
1. Yes, if you have a ranger finder, which moves the "The data
 ?????? is now" +/- of the standard middle of the pulse, yes you
 ?????? can move it one way to copy good 60WPM on a 66WPM
 ?? ?? machine.
2. However, you will be transmitting 66WPM.
3. If the other party has a range finder, they can move it to
 ?????? copy your 66WPM on their 60WPM machine.
4. And I can NOT stress this enough, if the other party is
 ?????? running a "Glass TTY", they are using a UART. And there is
 ?????? NO way to adjust a UART to copy the wrong speed.
5. This includes everything using a UART. Repeaters, speed
 ?????? converters, Kantronics KAM and AEA PK-232 terminals and
 ?????? the i-Telex TW39 cards.
 ?????? Some of them can be set to the correct speed.
