[GreenKeys] this looks neat. Is it usable in anyway?

It uses standard 13mm red/black ribbon for print.
The "civilian" version is also military but for office and Navy use. Its
color is grey.
Army field version is green.
The grey versions mostly had power supplies for 220/230 V AC. European
standard voltage.
With (hopefully) a line current interface and an external Telex control
unit you can use
is directly for i-Telex.
As already mentioned, there are quite a few members in the network that use
FS200/220
for i-Telex.
The matching Telex control unit is a FAG200:

But any other will work also.

The real civilian model is a Philips PACT 200/220. The TeKaDe FS200/220 is a
militarized derivate of it for German Army (Bundeswehr). TeKaDe was a
German company owned by Philips, Netherlands.
