[GreenKeys] this looks neat. Is it usable in anyway?

What about the availability of supplies?   Does it use a ribbon to print?   There also appears to be a civilian version for sale on eBay.  The asking price is attractive but shipping to USA is apparently about 249E.  The pictures on that listing indicate the machine runs on 205VAC/50hz.
