[GreenKeys] Printing Selectric

I know you probably want the real thing (I would prefer the real thing this
over this), but if you wanted to do some serious DIY work, you could
convert a regular Selectric like this guy did:

Probably much slower printing speed than the real thing, too. Based on the
videos he has, maybe 3-4 characters per second maximum for whitespace, 1-2
CPS when actually printing?
