[GreenKeys] M28 Compact Keyboard perf/reperf

A couple of years ago I acquired a M28 Compact keyboard typing reperf (M32
style electrical keyboard and smaller case than the normal 28KTR). No one
had ever seen one before.

I just came across a Teletype Corp photo of a Compact non-typing perf in a
Navy manual.

This strengthens my supposition that this was a model Teletype hoped to
sell to the Navy, but never got bought.
If you have any info or other sightings of a Compact keyboard perf/reperf
please let me know.
