[GreenKeys] John Nagle's USB <-> 60 mA loop board - Update

Hi Steve,

Yes....all ready to go with the config file loaded into Simplicity 
Studio to map 600-301 baud to 45, and request 400mA from USB port.

I can't wait to get these going!!
