[GreenKeys] Model 28 printer

Looking for some advice

                I have a Model 28 ASR printer that is stuck in "FIG" mode. So on to start with, since I have several, I swapped out the printer its self. Ok it works, so now to begin troubleshooting the printer.

                Anybody seen this happen before and where might I start checking?
