[GreenKeys] Model 28. When a key is pressed, it prints multiple times

Ok 

I looked into this a little further

I tried the repeat key and it seems to work as it should. 

It is not stuck

I did notice that the printer doesn’t always print out double letters when the issue occurs. Sometimes it prints out a single letter but it sounds like the clutch cycles twice, sometimes three times. 

For example , say I press the FIGS key, sometimes it will cycle twice and pop back out of FIGS. 
If that makes sense....
