[GreenKeys] Model 19 gears

Another issue there is with this machine that I forgot to mention is 
that the ribbon mechanism isn't oscillating.  That's one reason I 
haven't let run to print much because the ribbon just stays in one 
position.  I saw some information in the Adjustments manual that this is 
one possible thing to do but it seems odd.  Maybe there is still some 
old congealed lubricants I haven't cleared but I can't see anything 
obvious and I've sprayed and oiled it very liberally.  I had removed the 
type basket/head and operated it by hand and the mechanism did seem to 
work so there must be something else in play.
