Ralph:  Reminds me of visiting Niagara Falls as a kid.  Crossed over to Canada
and wondered why the lights were blinking at a fast rate.....(for the 
eyes at least)

After achieving some knowledge about electricity around age 13 I 
figured it out... ;-)
