The 12 teenagers and there coach can speak with family during the
next phase.  They are stuck in a high area of the cave.  Also, the
Royal Thai Navy SEALS and others can talk with command and control
at and near the cave entrance.  This is the start of the monsoon
season in Thailand so more flooding will occur even with multiple
water pumps in operation.
