[GreenKeys] M15 Carriage Return and Bell Troubleshooting

After some re-analysis of the bell and CR mechanisms and some hints from
Jim K8ARY (thanks again, by the way), I found that some springs have lost
their spring. CR and BELL work as expected if I tug on these two offending
springs to give them a little extra force while depressing the respective
key.
Thanks again. I'm sure I will have more questions as I continue my work.
