Listening the 3580 in the background, the specified frequency
(singular) for 80 meter PSK31. there's currently a pair of CW ops
operating about 700 Hz apart. And there's an RTTY QSO going
on.

I sure if I asked them nicely to move, they'd tell me they have a
deed to that frequency signed by Hiram Percy Maxim himself and
Eugene O. Sykes.
