[GreenKeys] on-off radio teletype (not FSK)

I think it was Jim who told the story of  a west-coast ham who, before 
FSK was legal below 11M, operated RTTY using two transmitters, 850 Hz 
apart. He sent the Space on one TX and the Mark on the other TX. It was 
"ON/OFF keying", not "FSK", since he was keying each TX separately.  
Soon after that, the FCC OKed FSK for Amateur Service.
