[GreenKeys] Teletype stepper switcher

FWIW - There is a multi-pole stepper like this (not sure if exactly the
same) in the automatic message numbering modules in a tape relay
transmitter unit. The stepper inserts ZCZC, channel ID, & message number as
the header of an outgoing message tape. The characters are transferred
5-bit parallel to the TD’s distributor. When the stepper has finished
inserting the header, the tape starts running in the TD.
