[GreenKeys] Function Lever Replacement - How to Remove the Shaft?

Never mind. As usual, I figured it out on my own after waiting twelve hours
to cool off and try some different approaches. The shaft slid out pretty
easily once I found a small enough screwdriver and tapped it with a hammer
against the end of the shaft as far as the angle would allow, thereafter
using the screwdriver sideways from another angle to push the shaft far
enough out where I could pull it with pliers from the other end.

Perhaps I should start holding the messages in which I ask for help in
queue until I've tried working on the problem for at least three days so as
to stop spamming the group.
