I heard someone transmitting just:
KD5ILA KD5ILA KD5ILA PSE K

Does that mean KD5ILA is calling CQ or that some unidentified station is
calling  KD5ILA ?

these quickie computer exchanges baffle me - by the time I get the receiver
tuned, all I get is garble-garble-K

Yeah, I know it is all so much easier with SDRs and computers, but if I
wanted easy, I'd just use email instead of resurrecting a M28.
