[GreenKeys] Here's an odd device - Teletype and Morse?

Morse telegraph operators normally typed out incoming messages on a
typewriter as they were received.
This looks like a manual "Morse-to-Baudot" converter! The telegraph
operator types the message he is hearing directly onto the 5-bit
keyboard. The telegraph key is so he can talk back on the telegraph line.
I wonder if it was home-made or a real commercial product?
