[GreenKeys] Paper Tape Splicer

Back in my M33/minicomputer days, we used the Donauld Ideal which was quick
and easy, but required holed splice tapes

Teletype made an LTS splicing machine but I have never seen one in person

Splicers used to be common for CNC applications but it looks like the
suppliers are gone.
Please let us know about other splicing machines.
