[GreenKeys] Paper Tape Splicer

I have been working with storing data on paper tape and have been putting
files together on the tape. I have had my ASR 33 punch out each file and
have then spliced (by hand) the tapes together. Recently I have seen a small
machine that will splice paper tape. Looks like a plate with some sprocket
hole pins and a method of holding, cutting and gluing the paper tape
together. I believe that I can machine something that would work, but was
wondering whether or not a splicer like this was available? Also, I've been
using super glue to bond the tape. Is there a better glue? Thanks
