[GreenKeys] How many bells???

HI all,

I’ve read over the years how the different news wire services:  The AP and UPI, had different number of bell rings for news flashes, bulletins, urgent news, weather watches/warnings and EBS tests.  It seems though, that memories are vague on how many bells were for each.  Does anyone remember how many there were for each?  I’m interested in all of the above, but also very interested in weather watches/warnings.
