[GreenKeys] AUTOSTART at 100 WPM

Hi gang:
 
I wanted to do an experiment for myself, but I thought I would let you in  
on it.
 
I will be doing some overstrike pictures today at 1300 Eastern on the  
Colorado autostart channel.
 
The transmission will be at 75 baud, or 100 WPM.
