[GreenKeys] New ribbons

I got at an 'antique' mall (read mostly junk) a few new but dried out silk
ribbons for $1.

Using stamp pad ink I re-inked one of them.

Not based on any scientific method, the printing looked better then other
ribbons I have.

One of the junker 15's I have has the optional re-inker, but is missing the
screw on cover.

A low priority task since i have a dozen new nylon ribbons is to salvage
the re-inker off the 15 and using
a junker typewriter build up a motorized re-inker.

Low priority only in that would be fun to do, vs. needed.
