GM OMs;

The ONLY logical answer is that something (in the set-up screen)
is not working correctly - or enabled.

o ISP can't cause this.
o The data stream is perfect - no other weird things happening.
o Tone generation can't cause this.
o (lots of other things).

OK, Paul: now two things:

o I'll go thru yesterday's traffic and let you know where the problem was.
o If you think that helps, I can re-write my program so that it will
   print a special character whenever it receives a LTRS key - so we
   can see what is in the data stream when this happens.
