[GreenKeys] Connecting 28 ASR to a TU

I would be very surprised if the HAL ST6 was 850 only.  I bought one of 
the first kits HAL sold.  There was no option for a case yet.  Even then 
you got 2 pc boards and could set up for either or both 850 and 170 and 
170 had become the standard on the ham bands (not exclusive but 
standard).  That was why it included a 2 position rotary  switch to 
select the shift of either 170 or 850.  Stafford also sold pc boards 
when the W6FFC Irv Hoff article came out in 1970.
