[GreenKeys] Connecting 28 ASR to a TU

The ST-5000 can do "wide" (850 Hz) or "narrow" (170 Hz) shifts.  There's a latching push button switch on the front panel that configures this...  Mine works fine with ITTY (and a model 15).

The ST-5000 (And probably the ST-6 as well, are probably set up for
850 Hz shift. 2125 and 2975 Hz rather than the current 170 Hz
shifts. 2125 and 2295 Hz.
