Jim,

According to the 1970 KLI "Military Telecommunications Equipment"
catalog, the TT-109 (aka TT-175) was part of the AN/FGC-30 system. But
it is shown on a roll-around cart and there were only 9 per system, so
it was probably used for maintenance/testing, etc.  The main reperfs,
were the TT-226, -227, -254. -255, -256 and there were about 100 of each
of them.

If you don't have a copy of the KLI catalog, it is on Navy-Radio.com,
hidden in among all the Teletype Corp publications.

Have fun,
Duncan
